古関潤一教授が国際地盤工学会の名誉講演の1つであるBishop Lecture（IS-Glasgow 2019, Glasgow, UK 26th – 28th June 2019, “Several challenges in advanced laboratory testing of geomaterials with emphasis on unconventional types of liquefaction tests”）を講演されました．液状化試験を中心に，これまで実施されてきた様々な室内土質試験について，その技術や成果，経験談を発表されました．

Professor Koseki had the Bishop lecture which is one of an honor lecture in geotechnical engineering and soil mechanics in IS-Glasgow 2019. He presented techniques, results, and experiences about the laboratory element tests especially the liquefaction test.
