土質/地盤研究室のメンバー・卒業生と共にフランス・パリ郊外にあるUGE（Université Gustave Eiffel、元LCPC）と、その目の前にあるENPC（École nationale des ponts et chaussées）の地盤工学研究室を訪問しました。Gustave-Eiffel大学では、双方の大学で行っている研究紹介と博士学生によるプレゼンテーションおよび施設見学を行い、ENPCでも2時間ほどの実験室見学を行いました。いずれの大学も研究が活発に行われており、また実験施設も大変充実しており、1日だけでは時間が全く足りませんでしたが、大変充実した大学訪問になりました。
（なお、ENPCには現在も社基の学生が多く留学しており、そのうち1名（I氏）と食堂で会うことができました。頑張ってください！）
Current members and graduates of our lab. visited the geotechnical engineering laboratories of UGE (Université Gustave Eiffel, formerly LCPC) and ENPC (École nationale des ponts et chaussées) in France. At UGE, both universities first introduced their research, followed by presentation by doctoral student and facility tour. At ENPC, we also had facility tour for two hours. Both universities are very active in research and have excellent experimental facilities. Although one day visit was too short, it was a very productive visit!
